Digital Foundations | Making your construction and logistics systems cyber secure
Meet Haven Gateway's industry experts in our online coaching sessions designed specifically to help your business develop and grow.
On 24 June, Janice Pittis will discuss how you can reduce the risk of a cyber attack on your systems.
As the business world moves forward, rapidly embracing new technology, the risks are becoming more pervasive. It’s no longer just a case of making sure offices and building sites are secure from thieves.
Around 65,000 cyber-attacks are attempted on UK SMEs daily, with about 4,500 of them carried out successfully. This means that every 19 seconds, one SME in the UK is suffering from a cyber breach/attack. What measures do you have in place to protect your company from being one of them? How do you protect the devices we all use (smartphones, laptops, tablets, and computers) and the services we access from theft? What steps do you take to prevent unauthorised access to the vast amounts of personal and business information stored on these devices, and online?
Join us to look at the action you should consider taking to ensure your business is cyber secure.

TALE is open to UK-based SMEs with a logistics function (including freight transport, manufacturing and distribution, and any company moving goods from A to B), through online group coaching.
If you're not a member of either but are UK-based and interested in joining, you are welcome to attend one of our events to see what our network has to offer.
Registration will close at 12pm, Wednesday 23rd June 2021.
