Join us and key organisations in the construction sector as we share ways in which you can develop your business.

Throughout this series of events, the I-Construct team will speak alongside leaders within the field to help you explore areas including accessing new market opportunities, overcoming barriers to innovation, and improving your profitability and sustainability.

On 4th March, meet us online as we collaborate with SECTA, the government-funded training academy working to boost construction skills across multiple academies in South Essex.

If your business or your project is based in Southend, Thurrock, Brentwood, Basildon, Rochford or Castlepoint, hear from , Project Manager at SECTA, as she shares how SECTA can help you with sourcing local skilled construction workers across a vast range of roles.

Whether you are a small business looking to offer one or two placements or a large firm seeking a larger scale solution, you will hear how SECTA can pair you with those looking for work/to qualify in both the trade and office-based roles.

You will also learn how SECTA are breaking down misconceptions - promoting gender equality, encouraging new generations into construction and recognising transferable skills to assist career changes.

The session is complimented by virtual networking provided by Zoom’s breakout rooms, so you can meet with attendees in smaller groups for closer conversation.
