The Purfleet Regeneration Project and its supply chain
Bringing supply chain opportunities to the forefront of your organisation, our series of webinars aimed at SMEs, will connect your business to a network of client groups and potential supply chain partners as they discuss their major projects and ventures
During this session, Urban Catalyst Executive Chairman will share the plans for the £1billion regeneration project of Purfleet Centre, one of the UK's most exciting urban developments, which is already underway.
The project is a joint venture between Urban Catalyst and Swan Housing Association - in partnership with Thurrock Council. And at over 140 acres, the project site presents a unique opportunity to deliver a transformational development scheme.
Paul Goodall, Head of Commercial at Swan Housing Association, will also join us and outline what their requirements are for this large-scale project. You will hear how the project’s plans of delivering over 2,500 homes around a new town centre and construction of new community facilities is developing and the opportunities it provides for SMEs and the construction industry to join its supply chain.
As well as a useful Q&A session at the end, you will have the opportunity to ask confidential questions to our speakers after the event.
